Returns

  • We currently do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are not issued in the form of bank transfers or online payments.
  • If your order is eligible for a refund (due to damaged or incorrect items), you may request:
    • Exchange for the same product, OR
    • Store credit that can be used on future purchases.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Items not reported within the 48-hour return window.
