Returns
- We currently do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
- Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are not issued in the form of bank transfers or online payments.
- If your order is eligible for a refund (due to damaged or incorrect items), you may request:
- Exchange for the same product, OR
- Store credit that can be used on future purchases.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or personalized items.
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
- Items not reported within the 48-hour return window.
